All Sales to be Final. Returns Accepted for Full Refund of Purchase Price only if Item is Significantly Not as Described. Shipping & Handling costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. Returns are costly and time consuming for both of us, since original shipping can not be refunded, (only the buying price).
