***PLEASE NOTE: WHEN YOU PROVIDE YOUR TEXT FOR NAME TAPES, PLEASE NUMERICALLYSPECIFY HOW MANY YOU WANT  WITH CUSTOM TEXT.  OTHERWISE, WE WILL SEND YOU THE TAPE(S) WITH YOUR NAME AND ANOTHER WITH THE SERVICE BRANCH AS PICTURED IN THE EXAMPLE IMAGE (if applicable).
PLEASE SPECIFY TEXT FOR NAME TAPES AND BRANCH TAPES INDIVIDUALLY (ex. a request reading “make all name tapes with *your name*” on a three-piece set with an included branch tape, would give you 2 name tapes and 1 branch tapes. You must specify that you want “all 3 tapes to read *your name*” in order to have 3 customized tapes).
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SINGLE TAPES AS ALL OF THOSE ARE CUSTOM  BY DEFAULT
Custom orders will be delayed if you do not contact us with the information needed to complete your order. Most customer orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. If we do not hear from you or you do not respond to our message, we will have to cancel and refund your order. Please note that custom patches, name tapes, and dog tags are limited to 15 characters per line of text.
We do not provide returns on custom patches unless it was a mistake on our part so if you have any questions about color/size, please contact us.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
